1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened skincare, haircare, or cosmetic products.
- Items sold as part of clearance or promotional sales.
- Gift cards or digital products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Once approved, return the item to:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Dunix Beauty is at fault (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at admin@dunixbeauty.com.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Report it within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video proof.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
